Pasquale Mancuso Construction Partnership began in 1964 as a small contracting business out of a garage in Parkvale, downtown Red Deer.

Pasquale started with forming and pouring sidewalks, driveways and patios for residential projects, and progressed to curb and gutters, aprons, sidewalks and large floors for commercial clients. In 1990, PMCL expanded to include construction of foundations for the oil and gas facilities within Alberta. Most efforts were focused within the province, increasing the company size over the next 24 years and taking on increasingly larger projects.

Now in its 50th year of operation, PMCL has expanded to employ over 70 hardworking individuals, and continues to service all of Alberta, as well as neighbouring provinces.
